- Right now, the weather-guessers are saying there is only a small chance of rain. It will be chilly in the a.m. Keep an eye on the forecast and prepare accordingly.
- We will have 80+ people out there. They can’t all park at the blue gate. We want bob-pullers, crew chiefs, and those with machines closest to the gate. Everyone else needs to park farther back toward the bottom of TFB. Please carpool
- Suzie Griffin will be handling check-in. Look for the girl with the light on her helmet.
- Be at the blue gate by 8:15. If you consider yourself to be a slower rider, we will try to have someone get you started up the hill as soon as possible.
- There will be paint on the road to indicate directions for crews. Be sure you know your crew number.
- Your crew chief may request specific tools. At the very least, everyone needs to bring a handsaw or long-handled loppers.
- Plan to work until 1. If a particular section isn’t quite done, we will stay until it’s finished.
- Bring a change of clothes. The after-party is at Porky’s in Longview. Bob and Juntu are working on the raffle. We would really appreciate it if you could stop by.
